We are committed to ensuring that you have a delightful experience with our premium products, including nuts, seeds, oils, powders, and gift packs. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival (supported by photos or videos).

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable items such as nuts, seeds, oils, powders, and dates cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
  • Customized gift packs or “Make Your Own Box” orders are non-returnable unless there is an issue with the quality or packaging.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at cc@blessingbox.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos/videos of the product if applicable.
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days with further instructions.
  3. If approved, the product must be returned to our designated address within 7 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: A full refund will be issued once the returned item is inspected and verified.
  • Incorrect Product Delivered: A full refund or replacement will be provided, as per your preference.
  • Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled before shipping. Once shipped, orders are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected.


4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to replace a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
