How can I return an item?
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is damaged or defective upon arrival (supported by photos or videos).
Non-Returnable Items:
- Perishable items such as nuts, seeds, oils, powders, and dates cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
- Customized gift packs or "Make Your Own Box" orders are non-returnable unless there is an issue with the quality or packaging.
